EEC projects Brent prices to stay within corridor of $42.8-61 per barrel in 2018

Almaty. July 19. Silkroadnews – The EEC collegiums forecasted Brent crude’s interval indicators and global economy development rates until 2020 used in the Eurasian Economic Union states to calculate official forecasts of social and economic development, KazTAG reports with reference to the EEC press service.
“According to the EEC forecasts, next year the world economic development rate is expected to make 2.9-3.8% compared to the previous year, in 2019 – 2.9-3.9% compared to 2018, and in 2020 – 2,8-4% compared to 2019”, the statement says.
“Brent prices are projected to fluctuate within $42.8-61 per barrel range in 2018, with slight growth (around 2%) at $43.6-63 per barrel in 2019, in 2020 crude price may also grow 1.5-2% up to $44.4-65 per barrel”, report reads.
The EEC Collegium also decided to amend the instruction on procedure on filling in the Goods declaration. A number of decisions were made on classification of goods in accordance with the Single Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the EEU, in particular, on classification of certain types of equipment and tools used in drilling operations.
