Elected president of Afghanistan promised to appoint women to several high-level positions

Almaty. September 22..Silkroadnews - Elected President of Afghanistan, Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai promised to appoint women in several senior management positions, in particular to include them in the Supreme Court, informed Afghan News Agency (AfTAG).
"Women should be well represented in the government, in education and the economy", - says the agency on Monday.
The politician said that the main problems of the country - poverty, illiteracy and lack of security, rather than social inequality.
Meanwhile, representatives of international organizations claim that during the reign of Hamid Karzai has been adopted almost any measures to improve the status of women. It is believed that in Afghanistan it is the most difficult in the world.
The swearing in of the new president will take place on September 29 .
