Eurasian Economic Union needs to take into account EU experience. Traditional industries not to suffer – Nazarbayev

Astana. May 29. Silkroadnews – Eurasian Economic Union needs to take experience of other integrative formations on board, as Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev reckons.
“We need to take into account the experience of other integrative formations. It is first and foremost the EU experience. None of the member-countries should undergo the reindustrialisation process. National economies should not see its traditional industries and agriculture fall”, President Nazarbayev stated at the working session of High Economic Council.
He thinks these are the main lessons to be learnt from the recession of European Economies.
“As international experience illustrates, integration is about creating stable conditions for economic development as well as creating new opportunities for prosperity of its citizens above all else”, he added.
