European experts to help Uzbekistan develop legislation improving concept

Beijing. May 25. Silkroadnews - Uzbekistan plans to develop a Concept for further improvement of the republic’s legislation, the Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG) reports.
The involvement of foreign experts in this work was discussed during a meeting at the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan with a delegation of the Council Working Party on Eastern Europe and Central Asia (COEST).
According to the ministry’s officials, the sides also discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the process of improving the system of rendering public services in the notary field, studying foreign experience and internships of national personnel abroad.
To remind, the Council Working Party on Eastern Europe and Central Asia is an expert body consisting of representatives of 28 member countries of the European Union, whose competence includes the consideration of all aspects of the European Union's bilateral and interregional relations with the countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
The working group develops recommendations and proposals for the European Union bodies that make decisions on topical issues of cooperation between the EU and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
