Almaty. February 10. Silkroadnews – It is the fifth year as Kazakhstan fails to supply its alcoholic products to the neighboring markets of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) - Russia and Belarus, KazTAG quotes the president of “KazAlko” Association Amirzhan Kaliyev saying.
“Taking into account the closeness of the markets of our neighbors - Russia and Belarus -  we cannot deliver our products to their markets, despite the Customs Union has been operating for five years, though they supply their products to our market freely. “KazAlko” searches for the opportunity to supply our alcoholic products into the third countries,” - said A. Kaliyev to KazTAG agency on Wednesday.
“For example, Vietnam, via Vietnam we consider opportunity to penetrate to other countries of Southeast Asia and India. Last year we entered the Turkish market for the first time,” - he said.
At the same time the head of “KazAlko” noted that at present Kazakhstani enterprises are operating with 20-25% of their working capacities only.
“We have great opportunities, and our products are competitive in both price and quality”, - said A. Kaliyev.
