Almaty. April 14. Silkroadnews - A spokesman of the Iranian Foreign Ministry Marziya Afham may become the first woman ambassador of the Islamic Republic abroad, informs the Iranian News Agency (IrTAG).
According to Iranian media, the decision to appoint Afham to the post of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran has already been made, however, in which country will leave the former Foreign Ministry spokesman, is still unknown.
It is noteworthy that Afham was also the first woman in Iran, who has worked as a press secretary of the Foreign Ministry of the country.
