Former General Prosecutor of Ukraine Pshonka did not ask citizenship of Kazakhstan - MFA RK

Almaty. August 4. Silkroadnews - Former Prosecutor of Ukraine Viktor Pshonka did not ask for Kazakhstan citizenship, reported KazTAG citing the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
"According to the law enforcement bodies of Kazakhstan, Pshonka Victor P., born in 1954, did not cross the state border and was not registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan. He also did not apply for a permit for permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan or the reception of citizenship at the division of the migration police"- said press secretary of Ministry Nurjan Aytmahanov on Monday.
It is noted that the bodies from database-documented population of Kazakhstan tested all individuals with the surname Pshonka, including Pshonka Viktor, and did not find any information.
A similar test was carried out by territorial bodies of internal affairs, no information was available.
As reported, the General's Prosecutor Office of Ukraine checks circulated in the media information on obtaining by Viktor Pshonka Kazakh citizenship.
V.Pshonka is involved in number of criminal cases in Ukraine, in particular the illegal assignments and bringing people to justice.
