General Prosecutor of Kazakhstan revealed the violations of privacy and family secrets of Kazakhstanians

Astana. June 16. Silkroadnews – General Prosecutor revealed numerous violations of privacy and family secrets.
"Today, many law enforcement can receive information on the income of a citizen, his property, and other private information. I do not deny that such opportunities rapidly react to manifest the crime, especially in the field of public procurement, identifying it at an early stage, but a number of police officers understand this opportunity in different ways."- Said T. Zhangarashev on the meeting of the Coordinating Council on Monday.
According to him, the Department of Financial Police in Astana tested more than 1800 citizens who received an apartment from the state fund.
"For every requested information we check more than 10 databases. This is a direct violation of Article 18 on privacy, personal and family secrets of the Constitution,"- he said.
T. Zhangarashev informed that currently there has been held an investigation on this issue. As a results employees will be given necessary procedural assessment.
"General Prosecutor's Office sent a letter to all state agencies to tighten liability for illegally obtaining and dissemination of personal data about individuals and entities", - said the representative of the supervisory authority.
