Almaty. November 17. Silkroadnews – Housing per capita index of Kyrgyzstan is the lowest one among the CIS states, said Deputy Chairman of JSC “National Mortgage Company” Nurzhigit Usenkan uulu.

“Housing per capita index of Kyrgyzstan is the lowest one among the CIS states – 12.7 square meters per person. We have a large number of people who need housing”, KyrTAG quotes N. Usenkan uulu saying.

According to him, real estate credits provided are not sufficient.

“By 2020, as we plan, about 10 thousand people are expected to get credits, yet, it depends on the financial resources, which is one of the key issues”, he said.

N. Usenkan uulu also added, the company plans to build economy-class housing on 60 apartments, including 30 one-room flats and 30 two-rooms flats.

“At present the state employees are considered to be potential owners of these apartments, we are searching for additional investments that would allow the private sector representatives to get the loans as well”, he summarized.
