IMF predicts growth of the Iranian economy in 2015 to 0.6%

Almaty. April 16. Silkroadnews - International Monetary Fund (IMF) forecasts economic growth of Iran in 2015 by 0.6% and in 2016 by 1.3%, informs the Iranian News Agency (IrTAG) on Thursday.
In the report of the IMF "World Economic Outlook - 2015", experts say that the Iranian economy will start to grow after several years of decline, which was mainly due to the effect of treatment of international sanctions against the country.
Meanwhile, the IMF retained the forecast for world economic growth for 2015 at 3.5% and raised its forecast for 2016 from 3.7 to 3.8%.
