In 2015 China became a world leader in power plants based on solar batteries

Almaty. February 9. Silkroadnews – in 2015, China became a world leader in power plants operating based on the solar batteries, “People’s Daily” newspaper reported.
“Today China’s State Administration of Energy Affairs published the information that as of the end of 2015 the total capacity of photovoltaic power plants in China reached 43.18 million kW. On this indicator China ranks the first place in the world,” - says the publication.
During 2015, China increased the capacity of its power plants with solar batteries by 15.13 million kW. This is more than 1/4 of the total capacity of the global photovoltaic facilities built throughout the world last year.
