In 2020 Shanghai to build the world’s largest planetarium

Almaty. November 9. Silkroadnews – Construction of the world’s largest planetarium began in Shanghai’s Pudong district on Tuesday, Chinese media reported.
“Museum-observatory will cover area of 38164 square meters and include the major building and several support buildings: the Tower of Sun, observatory and observation areas for children and young people”, the publication says.
In 2020 the planetarium plans to welcome the first visitors.
