Almaty. December 16. Silkroadnews - Kyrgyzstan for years can not start mining, reports KyrTAG with reference to the President of the Association of Miners and Geologists of the Kyrgyz Republic Orozbek Duysheev.
According to him, each branch act separately.

And here we need knowledge and experience. For more than 20 years, were replaced  10 leaders. For the most part these were people who had no idea how the mining industry should work",- said the expert.
Board member of the Association of Markil Ibraev stressed that in the government and the president, among the deputies of Parliament, officials specialized departments of the Ministry of Economy there is no geologist.
