In Tajikistan for 8 months imports of LNG increased by 18%

Almaty. September 22. Silkroadnews - In Tajikistan, for 8 months import of liquefied natural gas rose by 18%, reports the Tajik news agency (TajikTA).
Thus, in January-August this year, Tajikistan imported about 220 thousand tons of liquefied gas, which is almost 35 thousand tons more than the same period in 2014.
In August, the RT has received more than 38.7 thousand tons of liquefied gas. Its imports increased by 16.3 thousand tons compared with August 2014.
The main supplier of liquefied natural gas to Tajikistan is Kazakhstan. Also, in relatively small quantities, this fuel is supplied to the Republic from Turkmenistan and Russia.
