In Tajikistan inflation amounted to 3.7% for 7 months

Almaty. August 11. Silkroadnews – For 7 months of this year inflation in consumer sector of Tajikistan amounted to 3.7%, Tajik Telegraph Agency (TajikTA) reported on Thursday.
“For seven months of 2016 the inflation rate in the consumer sector of Tajikistan amounted to 3.7%, with this in July the inflation rate stood at 0.6%”, the statement said.
On a year-on-year basis (for the last 12 months) as of the end of July the inflation rate made 6%.
The agency notes, as of the end of 2016 government of Tajikistan plans to keep inflation at 7.5% level. In 2015 inflation stood at 5.1%.
