The event was organised by the Consulate General of Kazakhstan in New York, a nonprofit organization "Kazakh-US alliance", the mayor's office of New York City.
The event held tasting of different varieties of apples, among which Kazakhstan apple were in high demand. "The most attractive part happened when two Kazakh apple trees were planted in Central Park of New York City", - the report says.
