"Humanitarian Regional Center of the CSTO will be located in Osh, in a total area of ​​6 hectares. It will contain material assets for $40 million. There will be a special-purpose vehicles and equipment up to the helicopter. The issue with the helicopter is not yet resolved, but I think it is necessary, since the center is designed for the entire region and Afghanistan", - said Minister of Emergency Situations Kubatbek Boron at a press conference on Tuesday.
According to him, it is planned that the humanitarian center will be established in 2016.
Recall, created a network of humanitarian centers of CSTO. The first will be opened in 2015 in Armenia. Later will start a similar center in Kyrgyzstan.
