India to provide Kyrgyzstan with medical equipment to treat oncological diseases

Almaty. December 20. Silkroadnews – Within the framework of his state visit to the Republic of India President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev met with the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, KyrTAG reports.

During the meeting the parties reached arrangements to strengthen the political dialogue and cooperation between their states within the UN and SCO, boost trade and economic cooperation, raise sales turnover, as well as enhance practical cooperation in agriculture, health, IT technologies, security, defense and mining industry sectors.

The Indian side also announced its decision to provide Kyrgyzstan with “Bhabhatron”, medical equipment for cancer treatment worth $1.5-2 million.
