Almaty. December 25. Silkroadnews - India will provide 500 scholarships for the children of deceased employees of Afghan security forces, Afghan media reported.
"Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday at the opening of the new building of the Afghan parliament announced that India will provide 500 scholarships for the children of deceased employees of Afghan security forces", - said in a statement on Friday.
N.Modi expressed "infinite gratitude" to each of Afghans who risked their lives, or even lost its defending their Indian guests and stressed that the Afghan youth as well as youth in any other country has the right to have access to all available features of the 21 century.
According N.Modi, India will continue to assist and provide a total of 500 additional scholarships.
