Individual carrying 16 kg of heroin for transit to Russia held at Kyrgyz-Kazakh border
Bishkek. May 20. Silkroadnews – Representatives of the department on combating illicit drug-trafficking have confiscated 16 kg of heroin at Kyrgyz-Kazakh border, as Kyrgyz MIA informs.
“Mercedes-Benz” vehicle headed to Moscow Region of Russia was held at the checkpoint before heading to Kazakh border. While inspecting the vehicle, 15 kg 904 g of heroin was found in its carcass”, as the Ministry informs.
The investigation is being launched. The drug-carrying individuals have been held.
