Injured employees got reported due to explosion in the Chinese institute of fine chemical industry research

Almaty. August 12. Silkroadnews – The explosion happened at the Institute of Fine Chemical Industry Research in the urban district Zigong (Sichuan Province, Southwest China) on Friday morning, TASS reports with reference to “Sina” portal.
“The detonation occurred in the oxygen section. At least eight people were injured”, the publication informs.
At the moment there is a column of black smoke rising over the building. The injured staff got hospitalized. So far there is no information about their state and possible casualties reported.
The site has been closed off by police. Firefighters have started works on rectification of consequences of the explosion. The incident causes are being investigated.
