Inspectors found financial irregularities in the Chinese army

Almaty. July 2nd. Silkroadnews - China's armed forces have promised to bring order to their finances after inspectors found violations in a number of departments of the Chinese army, reported Xinhua news agency.
The inspectors found a "random changes to the budget, embezzlement of public funds, unapproved accounts and loans, as well as informal bank deposits and loans", - noted in the PLA.
In addition, have been found false receipts for reimbursement of expenses and allocation of funds for cases not covered by the budget.
Violators are punished in accordance with the charter of the PLA and the law.
