"Expedition "Thousands li along the Silk Road" was launched on July 19 from the Chinese city Xi'an. It will have to overcome the route, which runs along several countries of the ancient corridor. Among them are China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Georgia, Turkey, Greece. The final city is Rome. It is noteworthy that the first country to visit is neighboring Kazakhstan - the territory of one of the most important branches of the Great Silk Road, 2 787 km", - informed the source.
Passage of the Kazakh section of the route, according to the program will last until August 6.
