Almaty. 11 September. Silkroadnews - International Turkic TV channel will run in the format of Euronews. This was announced by the Secretary General of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States (CCTS) Ramil Hasanov, KazTAG reports.
He stressed that "there is already a political decision".
