Iran does not negotiate purchase of Russian and Chinese aircraft – Deputy Minister

Almaty. May 22. Silkroadnews – Iranian Deputy Transport Minister Ashgar Fakhrieh Kashan said the Iranian aviation department officials did not negotiate with Chinese and Russian companies for aircraft purchase, IrTAG reports.
He added, earlier Iran discussed buying aircraft with a Japanese company, however, these negotiations ceased later.
Earlier in February, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said that Iran was interested in purchasing 12 Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft.
