Almaty. November 21. Silkroadnews - Iranian authorities in cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) provided experts agencies access to one of its objects, informs the Iranian News Agency (IrTAG) on Friday.
As the Permanent Representative of Iran to the IAEA Reza Najafi, Iran agreed to grant access to inspectors of the international organization to venture into Marivane, located 700 kilometers west from Tehran. The diplomat stressed that the decision taken by the authorities of the Islamic Republic is "voluntarily".
Recall that in his report for 2011 the IAEA indicates the existence of the information about the alleged Iran conducted at the facility in Marivane experiments with heavy-duty explosives.
According R.Najafi, these assumptions are "baseless and fabricated" and identified during the inspection of traces of such experiments, if they did occur, there is no trouble.
I should add that on the eve of IAEA chief Yukiya Amano called on the Iranian leadership to cooperate more closely on the country's nuclear program.
