Almaty. November 27. Silkroadnews - Iran will not cut oil production, no matter what decision will take oil-exporting countries of OPEC, reports IrTAG referring to the Iran's Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zangane.
The Minister made a statement on arrival in the Austrian capital, where he will participate in the 166th ministerial meeting of OPEC. B.N.Zangane noted that it is important for oil-producing countries not included in this international cartel, to take measures to achieve a balance between supply and demand of world oil exchanges.
"In order to control the situation in the market, we must also take meaures, outside the countries of OPEC", - he said.
However N.Zangane pointed to the need to develop common approach in this matter.
It should be noted that, according to data published last month, Iran was producing 2.83 million barrels of oil per day. This is significantly less than in 2011, when the country was producing 3.6 million barrels a day.
