Iran's first research vessel will be presented in August

Almaty. June 9. Silkroadnews - Iran has completed work on the creation of the first national marine vessel intended to carry out research activities in the open seas, informs the Iranian News Agency (IrTAG).
According to the head of National Research Center of Oceanology and Meteorology Naser Hajizade, the official presentation of the new ocean research liner will take place in August this year.
Speaking on the occasion of the National Day of Oceanology Hajizade said that the current Iranian research liner is already launched on the water, and being held all the necessary trial tests, completed the preparatory work.
Earlier, the former head of Iran's National Institute of Oceanography Vahid Chigini reported that the length of the ship is 50 meters.
