Iran’s transport infrastructure development requires around $127 billion
Almaty. April 6. Silkroadnews – It will take around $127 billion of investments to provide for the development of Iran’s transport infrastructure within the country’s 25-year development plan until 1404 (March 20, 2026), the Iranian Telegraph Agency (IrTAG) reports.
Such a statement has been made by the officials of the Ministry of Transport of Iran.
Nearly 380 trillion rial (around $10.16 billion) have been invested into the country’s transport infrastructure development over the last three years; this amount exceeds the fund allocated to the Ministry of Transport for such development and shows the big steps taken by the ministry in this direction.
