Iran will increase the length of pipelines by 420 km by March 2015

Tehran. July 15. Silkroadnews - The total length of pipelines pumping crude oil in the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) to the end of the current Iranian calendar year (to March 2015) will be increased to 14.4 thousand km, The Iranian News Agency (IrTAG).
"According to CEO of Iranian company of oil pipelines and telecommunications Abbas Ali Jafari Nasab, with the completion of construction of the pipeline from Abadan city to Ray, total length of pipelines in the country will increase by 420 km and will reach 14.4 thousand km", - says the publication .
According to Abbas Ali Jafari Nasab, presently National Engineering and Construction Iranian Oil Company has pledged to carry out two major projects. In particular, it is about building a pipeline pumping oil from Abadan to Ray and another branch from the district Sabzab (Khuzestan province) to Ray.
