Almaty. December 15. Silkroadnews - Iran intends to sell 10 tonnes of enriched uranium to Russia and to buy 140 tons of uranium ore, reported IrTAG.
As noted, on Tuesday expected the meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), which will approve a resolution covering the question of the so-called possible military dimension to Iran's nuclear program. Adoption of the resolution will be the basis for the beginning of the implementation of the agreement on Iran's nuclear program - a joint comprehensive action plan (JCAP) concluded in July in Vienna between Iran and the "six".
Recall that in accordance with JCAP, Tehran is obliged to reduce its stocks of enriched uranium from 10 tons to 300 kg. Available 10 tons and turned out in the future excess of the stipulated amount of enriched uranium Iran is obliged to sell. In exchange, the Islamic Republic has the right to acquire uranium ore on the open market.
