IS managed to attract to the development of chemical weapons experts from abroad, including specialists from Iraq, which deals with the military- industrial complex in the administration of Saddam Hussein. In addition, the Iraqi intelligence service says that among the foreigners working on the creation of chemical weapons for the IS, there are people from Chechnya and Southeast Asia.
