IS intends to finance its projects through access to the market of Afghan drugs

Almaty. May 6. Silkroadnews - Advisor to the head of Afghanistan's National Security Hanif Atmar said that the terrorist group "Islamic State" (IS) seeks to gain access to the market of drugs of Afghanistan, said Afghan News Agency (AfTAG).
He also warned that the IS intends to expand its activities not only in Afghanistan but in the region and aims to penetrate the Central Asian countries.
H.Atmar insists to throw all forces to fight against this terrorist group. He said that the Afghan government has already prepared a strategy for fighting two months ago, when a local commander of the IS was killed during a special operation in Helmand province.
Meanwhile, the IS is actively advertising in social network its training camp in the central Logar province, located just 60 kilometers south of the capital - Kabul.
President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani Last month for the first time acknowledged that the terrorist group had influence in the country.
