Almaty. February 10. Silkroadnews - Islamic securities and “sukuk” will be available in the financial market of Kyrgyzstan. The parliament approved amendments to the law “On the Securities Market” on the first reading, reports KyrTAG.
According to the head of public service regulation and supervision of financial market Sanjar Mukambetov, securities issued by the Islamic principles of financing provide an opportunity to attract additional investments for the country’s financial markets.
At the legislative level, the bill will regulate the relations regarding the issuance and circulation of the Islamic securities.
