Kazakh peace-keepers to check if in-sync with NATO forces

Astana. April 3. Silkroadnews – Kazakhstan peace-keeping troops are to check if they act in-sync with NATO forces, as the representative of Kazakh MoD’s international relations department, Valeriy Vishnikin informs.
“We are planning to participate in “Desert Eagle” exercise along with our American and German colleagues at the German training base this September. We are planning to check if our peace-keeping forces are in-sync with troops from other countries outside our own borders. Naturally, we are also planning to check its redeployment”, Mister Vishnikin said at the “Role of NATO and other international security organizations in CA” conference dedication to the 20th anniversary of NATO’s “Partnership for Peace” that was held in Astana.
“KazBat” was evaluated by Kazakh and NATO experts in August 2013. It was recognized as capable of synchronising with NATO forces.
