Kazakh tourists are forced to pay twice for Turkish hotels

Almaty. July 31. Silkroadnews - Customers of kazakh tour operator Almaz tourizm, currently having holidays in Turkey, reported about a tense situation with representatives of some of the hotels, transmits the press service of the Committee of the tourism industry of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies (MINT) RK.
As explained, tourists were require to re-pay for accommodation in hotels of Trek Travel International.
"The Committee of the tourism industry of RK asks the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey to contact with private institutions in Turkey for assistance in finding legal solutions for Kazakh tourists in this situation", - said in a statement.
Also, the Committee sent a letter to the top management of Trek Travel International, which informs of impossibility to re-pay for accommodation in hotels of the company, and insists on providing Kazakh tourists with services in accordance with the contract.
