Kazakhstan and Iran will sign an agreement on cooperation on commercial shipping in the Caspian Sea
Almaty. August 19. Silkroadnews – This year Kazakhstan and Iran plan to sign an agreement on cooperation in maritime merchant shipping in the Caspian Sea, press service of the Ministry for Investments and Development (MID) of Kazakhstan reports.
«This year Ministry for Investments and Development of Kazakhstan plans to sign an agreement between the governments of Kazakhstan and Iran on cooperation in the field of maritime merchant shipping in the Caspian Sea», press release informed.
It is noted, MID of Kazakhstan has currently completed the domestic procedures to approve the draft agreement to be submitted to the Iranian side. This international document will serve as a basis to form a unified legal framework for development of maritime transport between the ports of Kazakhstan and Iran.
