Astana. October 27. Silkroadnews - Kazakhstan and Japan signed a number of documents, reported the press service of the President of Kazakhstan.
So, during the talks of Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev and Prime Minister Abe were signed: a joint statement on deepening and expanding strategic partnership between the two countries; Joint statement of the President of Kazakhstan and the Prime Minister of Japan on the comprehensive nuclear test ban, as well as a protocol on cooperation between the Committee for Financial Monitoring of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan and Japan's Financial Intelligence Centre, National Public Safety Commission of Japan in the sphere of combating the legalization of proceeds from crime and financing of terrorism.
During the joint briefing, after the talks, Nursultan Nazarbayev drew attention to the prospects for further development of investment cooperation, including joint ventures and joint projects.
In addition, the Kazakh President noted the fruitful cooperation between the two countries in the international arena, in particular in the framework of Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia, as well as the dialogue "Central Asia plus Japan".
