Kazakhstan and Tajikistan will cooperate in the technical information protection area
Almaty. February 9. Silkroadnews - Kazakhstan and Tajikistan will cooperate in the technical information protection area. The agreement between two governments dated as of January 15 has been published on the website of the informational and the legal system of the normative legal acts.
“The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides to approve the attached Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on cooperation in the field of technical information protection as made in Dushanbe on September 14, 2015,” - the document states.
The agreement ensures that each party shall take the necessary measures to ensure the protection of sensitive information provided by the other party in accordance with the law.
The document also provides for consultation and exchange of experience to improve the technical protection of restricted data, as well as for the establishment and harmonization of the national systems of standardization, metrology, certification, licensing and insurance of the technical protection of information, the common terminology definition in this area.
Thus, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan will cooperate in the development and use of regulatory and procedural guidelines and regulations in the field of technical protection of information; in the preparation, involvement and development of the personnel on the basis of harmonized qualification requirements for graduates of the respective universities; design, manufacture, delivery of scientific and technical products and resources of information security and their application; the provision of services for technical protection of information.
The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
The decision comes into force as of the date of its signing.
