Kazakhstan demands a payment for 352 cars with fuel, detained at the Kazakh-Kyrgyz border

Almaty. January 12. Silkroadnews - National Company "Kazakhstan Temir Joly" demands from Kyrgyzstan a payment for 352 cars with fuel, which are still standing idle on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border, reports KyrTAG.
"There are no changes on the situation of detainees, as well as information. In November 2014 were released 52 tanks, left tanks are still at the border. It is known that the Kazakh side have a problem with paying for a simple composition on the tracks, now the railway of Kazakhstan and expeditory company negotiate who will make the payments, there has accumulated a large sum", - informed the executive director of the Association of Oil Traders KR Ulan Kulov on Monday.
He stressed that the Kyrgyz oil traders will not pay for a simple wagons with their goods on the roads of Kazakhstan. This issue will be resolved by "involved parties in Kazakhstan".
Recall, law enforcement and customs authorities of Kazakhstan in April 2014 detaned 393 car with fuel, bound for Kyrgyzstan. The grounds for detention became allegedly incorrect customs documents and initiation of criminal proceedings on these supplies to Kyrgyzstan.
After negotiations in early November 2014, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev instructed to skip all the cars to Kyrgyzstan. However, since then the country has received only 41 car, the remaining 352 are still on the border.
Among them 91 car passes in a criminal case, and for the passage of 161 wagons required to obtain an appropriate adjustment of the Federal Customs Service of Russia. However, the Kazakh side do not miss these compounds even after receipt of the relevant documents to be approved in Kyrgyzstan.
