Kazakhstan formed a list of 48 investment projects involving Chinese capital in the amount of $30 billion

Almaty. May 26. KazTAG - Daniyar Dautaliev. Kazakhstan formed a list of 48 investment projects involving Chinese capital totaling to $30 billion, told Advisor to the Minister for Investment and Development of the RK Zamir Saginov.
"Ministry is working with China in attracting investment. Held 4 Kazakhstan-China meetings, formed a list of 48 projects with a high degree of processing in the amount of about 30 billion US dollars", - said Z. Saginov on Sino-Central Asian forum of stock markets on Tuesday.
According to him, the projects are implemented in such areas as mining and metallurgy, chemical industry, machine building and construction materials.
"During the period from 2005 to the fourth quarter of 2014, the inflow of direct investments from China into Kazakhstan economy amounted to 13 billion US dollars. During the same period the outflow of direct investment from the Republic of Kazakhstan into China's economy amounted to about 345 million US dollars", - he informed.
