Kazakhstan in 2015-2019 plans to open several new flights to China

Civil Aviation Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan headed by Deputy Chairman of the Civil Aviation Talgat Lastaev held negotiations with the official delegation of the aeronautical authorities of the PRC, headed by Deputy Chief Aviation Administration of China Wang Zhiking.
"The parties agreed on significant expansion of rights for flights between the countries. Now our companies will be able to fly from any city of Kazakhstan, not only to Beijing, Urumqi, Sanya, but also to Shanghai, Xian, Chengdu. Scat Airlines plan to open flights from Almaty to Xian in 2015, from Astana to Xian, from Aktau to Urumqi - in 2016, and from Almaty and Astana to Shanghai in 2017", - said in a release.
"Air Astana airline has scheduled the opening of flights from Astana to Shanghai in 2019, to Chengdu - in 2018. 12 times increased the number of authorized routes, including 130% growth in the number of flights to China. The plans of the Chinese carriers to open flights to Astana and Kyzylorda", - the report says.
