Astana. April 14. Silkroadnews - Kazakhstan is working to simplify procedures for bona fide domestic companies in the Kazakhstan part of the track "Western Europe-Western China", reports KazTAG.
According to the Director of the Department of Customs Administration NHR of RK "Atameken" Alikhan Mambetalin, on March 27, 2015 in Beijing between the General Administration of Customs of China and the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan was signed a memorandum of understanding for the promotion and development of mutual trade, in which was reached an agreement on the exchange of information.
According to the representative of the NHR, the signing of this memorandum provides an opportunity to significantly simplify customs formalities for bona fide participants of foreign economic activity (FEA), but it is necessary to define the criteria for selecting companies. The project, which will involve bona fide participants of foreign economic activity is called the "Green Corridor".
"In particular, the reliability of the company is confirmed that it has in the property, rather than renting, as before, at least 10 cars, real estate in the form of buildings and warehouses. Moreover, the vehicles must comply with European standards and be equipped with GPS-tracking. But the most important criteria - a bank guarantee of payment of customs duties, the total supply of all cargo information prior to arrival in electronic invoices", - said A. Mambetalin
According to him, compliance with these criteria will allow carriers without customs control, including - the control value of the goods and without further adjustments on complete trust, to cross the Kazakh-Chinese border.
Currently MF of RK discussed with NHR of RK "Atameken" criteria for admission to the project "Green Corridor". After final approval will be selected commissions with the participation of businesses, government agencies and the media. In turn, the Chinese side also undertakes to provide a list of trucking companies, which also proved the confidence of the state, the report underlines.
