Kazakhstan plans to export up to 500 MW of power to Russia

Almaty. February 15. Silkroadnews - Kazakhstan plans to export up to 500 MW of electric power to Russia, Minister of Energy Vladimir Shkolnik said, KazTAG reports.
“We agree on (...) the issue of electricity supply up to 500 MW to the Russian Federation. The issue was discussed in the government and Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation”, - said Vladimir Shkolnik at the selector meeting of the government of Kazakhstan on Monday.
In addition, according to him, the issue of signing the coal supply indicative balance to the electric power stations of the Russian Federation up to 2020-2023 has been discussed at all the levels.
