Kazakhstan plans to start the construction of the fourth refinery in 2016

Almaty. July 15. Silkroadnews - The construction of the fourth Kazakhstani oil refinery in Mangistau is planed to start in 2016, reported KazTAG with reference to the deputy akim of industrial-innovative development Rakhimbek Amirzhanov.
According to him, by the end of this year should be completed feasibility study (FS) for the new Kazakh oil refinery.
The raw material for new Kazakh oil refinery can be the Iranian oil or oil from fields in the Mangistau region. The plant will focus on export-import supplies, the main focus of which will be Iran.
"Construction of the new Kazakh refineries is estimated at approximately $6 billion. Its construction will be conducted in a separate area outside the territory of the special economic zone "Seaport Aktau", - said R. Amirzhanov to the question about the whereabouts of the future of Kazakhstan's oil refineries.
