Kazakhstan's international reserves grew 4.6% to $95.55 billion in January-August

Almaty. September 13. Silkroadnews – In August 2016 Kazakhstan's international reserves increased 0.49% compared to the previous month and 4.57% versus the beginning of the year up to $95.558 billion, KazTAG reports.

According to the National Bank of Kazakhstan, gross international reserves of Kazakhstan in August raised by 1.09% (in January-August – by 10.15%) to $30.706 billion, including net international reserves increased 1.11% (10,74%) to $29.875 billion.

The National Fund assets made $64.852 billion, having increased 0.2% (+2.12%). Assets in freely convertible currency amounted to $20.393 billion, showing 1.81% growth over the last month (and 0.46% growth since the beginning of the year). Gold assets declined 0.3% (+36.13%) to $10.313 billion.
