Almaty. April 3. Silkroadnews – Kazakhstani businessmen plan to adopt experience of their Turkish colleagues in chicken legs production for further export of products to neighboring China, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken” Nurzhan Altayev said, KazTAG writes.

“We see huge opportunities in the neighboring countries' markets. Recently we have been to China and saw there is a serious demand for Kazakhstani products. Yet, for Kazakhstani entrepreneurs it will be quite hard to meet the demand coming from China and Russia on their own. For example, so far we cannot meet Russia’s demand for food products with our own resources”, N. Altayev said during the Astana meeting of the business council of Turkic-speaking states.

“Thus, we will need to fully cooperate with our Uzbek, Azerbaijani, Kyrgyz and Turkish partners. Especially, if the case in point is about those goods we have no experience in production of”, he added.

Answering a question about which product should be produced using experience of Turkic speaking countries and what the joint cooperation exactly means, the deputy chairman specified a project for chicken products supply to China.

“With our partners from Turkey we have a project on supply of chicken products to China. We do not have experience of this production. For example, chicken legs, thermally processed, we never produced or supplied these products”, he explained.

“Indeed, in this case we are talking about cooperation, that is, about establishment of a joint venture, so that we could easy enter the Chinese market known for demand for chicken products. Therefore, we should cooperate with them (with Turkey – Silkroadnews) in a serious way”, N. Altayev emphasized.
