Kyrgyz enterprises received the right to supply products to Russia

Almaty. February 10. Silkroadnews - 15 enterprises of Kyrgyzstan are entitled to supply products to Russia, the Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Oleg Pankratov, KyrTAG reports, made the announcement.
“There are top 15 companies that have expressed interest and confirmed their competence in terms of readiness to provide product meeting the international standards requirements and ensure safety during the production process. Previously only eight companies were permitted to sell their products within the specific regions of the adjacent territories of Kazakhstan, then starting from February 8, 2016, our companies got opportunity to enter the large Russian market. Now everything will depend on the enterprises themselves,”- said I. Pankratov during the press conference on Wednesday.
The letter of the Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of the Federal Service says that taking into account the measures by the competent authority of Kyrgyzstan for the veterinary laboratories and checkpoints reequipping and the veterinary control strengthening, as of February 8, 2016, the following products are allowed to be supplied to the territory of the Russian Federation: convenience food of meat products passed through the heat treatment (72 degrees and during not less than 30 minutes), dairy products passing through the thermal treatment (according to provisions of article 8.8.35 of OIE Code), as well as fish products.
As noted, the list of enterprises of Kyrgyzstan permitted to supply their products to Russia is posted on the official site of Rosselkhoznadzor. The same list of companies shall also be included into register of organizations and individuals of the Kyrgyz Republic involved in the production, processing and(or) storage of controlled goods moved from the territory of one country-member to the territory of another country-member of the Eurasian Economic Union. There is a status of “special requirements”.
The “special requirements” in the supply of convenience food of meat, dairy and fish products shall mean the following: Kyrgyz Veterinary Service carried out a laboratory control of raw materials and products for compliance with the EEU, in the course of production the control over compliance with the rules and requirements of the EEU is carried out, including the production laboratory monitoring.
The letter also stated that due to lack of experience in the supply of such products from Kyrgyzstan to Russia the advanced veterinary supervision should be provided, with the selection of at least 10 samples, regardless of the type of product from each company of the Kyrgyz Republic, on safety indicators.
