Kyrgyz piano player to perform a Solo-Concert in Carnegie Hall

Bishkek. May 11. Silkroadnews – Kyrgyz piano player Azamat Sydykov to perform solo at Carnegie Hall in New York.
“It is a great honour for me to be the first Kyrgyzstani to perform a solo concert at such a prestigious concert venue as Carnegie Hall. It is a very important step, but it is not a climax of my career. I hope god will give me multiple opportunities to perform there in the future”, Mister Sydykov says.
The concert will contain Sergey Rahmaninov’s pieces and Franz Liszt pieces along with pieces of Kyrgyz composers.
Mister Sydykov is currently a postgraduate at Mannes College of Music in New York. He holds a number of national and international awards.
