Kyrgyzstan adopted a new Air Code

Almaty. August 10. Silkroadnews- President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev signed the Air Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Law "On introduction of the Air Code of the Kyrgyz Republic", reports KyrTAG.
The law was adopted by Jogorku Kenesh on June 29, 2015.
The aim of the new Air Code is to improve the legal system governing the civil aviation of the Kyrgyz Republic, to bring it in line with standards and recommended practices of the International Civil Aviation Organization.
Air Code shall enter into force after six months from the date of its official publication.
